Description
Letter from lawyer, Henry Cunningham, to Sr. Julia of the Passion, Superior of the Notre Dame Academy on Berkeley Street. It describes the land for sale on the Fenway, its restrictions and need for deposit to secure the sale. This land eventually became the site for the Notre Dame Academy, previously located on Berkeley Street. The new building was completed in 1916 and in 1919, Emmanuel College was also opened using this building.
